Hi! I'm Mila, a writer with a love for design and talent development. I have 7+ years of experience creating end-to-end training solutions in the education, fitness/wellness, and finance industries.

I began my career in learning & development in 2016 as a teacher trainer, facilitating new hire training sessions, providing on-the-job training, and creating ongoing professional development for other teachers.

As I transitioned into the online learning space, my first love of writing led me to focus on creating great content as the foundation for great instructional design.

I like to think big picture, ex. mapping out learning ecosystems! I consider myself a people developer and love creating environments where people can thrive professionally.

I also enjoy a good story whether I am reading one or writing one (or translating one)! When I am not working or reading, you'll usually find me singing karaoke.
